- MULTIPLE CODES SET FOR ENGINE MISFIRE. (P0300, P0304, AND P0302). SEE REPAIRS BELOW.
- REPLACE IGNITION COILS AND SPARK PLUGS. REPAIR THREE DAMAGED COIL CONNECTORS. RESET COMPUTER AND TEST DRIVE. CYLINDER FOUR STILL MISFIRING, POSSIBLE INJECTOR, INTAKE MUST BE REMOVED FOR INSPECTION.
- REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD, INSPECT FUEL INJECTORS AND PORTS. BENCH TEST ALL INJECTORS. NUMBER FOUR INJECTOR FAULTY. REPLACE WITH REMAIN UNIT. CLEAN VALVES AND INTAKE PORTS. BENCH CLEAN ALL INJECTORS AND REPLACE FUEL SEALS. INSTALL NEW INTAKE GASKET, AND CLEAN THROTTLE BODY. FILL COOLANT AND CLEAR ECU. TEST DRIVE SEVERAL TIMES HOT/COLD.
- REPLACE ALL UPPER CONTROL ARMS. LEFT FRONT UPPER HARDWARE FROZEN AND HAD TO BE HEATED TO REMOVE (+.5HRSLABOR).
- REPLACE I9NNER C/V BOOT, (COMBINED LABOR WITH SUSPENSION REPAIRS).
- 7. FOUR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
- REMOVE AND STRAIGHTEN FRONT LOWER ENGINE COVER. REPLACE ALL HARDWARE TO SECURE PROPERLY.
- REPLACE ENGINE OIL AND FILTER, RESET SERVICE LIGHT.
